All right everybody. It’s Dave with Sell House Ohio, and we purchased a property here recently from Mr. Ross. Mr. Ross, what was your experience like working with Connie, and working with our house buying company?
David Ross:
Well, it was a quick and easy process, which is what I was looking for. My particular situation dictated that I make a move now, and I really wasn’t in a position to do some of the upgrades and things that I felt that I needed to do to sell through the traditional way of marketing a home, and having open houses, and hiring a realtor. So, I had done my research on… And let’s face it, there’s lots of cash buyers out there. I had reached out to a few. You guys were the first to respond. I communicated with you first. I threw a number out and it came back, and said, “That’s fine,” because that’s pretty much what I was expecting out of it. Didn’t really want to haggle or negotiate. You gave me what I was looking for, so we moved forward and I believe the process went rather smooth.
Dave Payerchin:
Excellent. I know you are going somewhere warm. Won’t share too much about your personal business, but we’ll be thinking about you when it’s frigid cold here this winter. But last question is, what would you say to somebody else who maybe wants to sell a property fast and make things easy?
David Ross:
Well, I think that this is obviously something that’s newer, that has just kind of come to fruition in the last year or so, that I’ve become aware of. And I think that it’s a great alternative for people to consider that. Selling a home can be a hassle. It can be very long and drawn out. Right now we’re dealing with a… Inventory’s low and buying is high, which helps you, but that’s not always necessarily the case. I’ve seen homes in my neighborhood, for example, go within a week and others are still up three months later. Again, for my convenience and my timeline, this was a perfect scenario for me. It really was. I would suggest people look into it because they think it’s a viable option. There’s a lot of information on the internet. There’s a lot of bad information out there. I was a little skeptical that I might get low balled, but I was happy. I told them what looking for and they gave it to me, so I was content.
Dave Payerchin:
And most importantly, did we come through with the real cash, and actually close for you and make it make the deal happen.
David Ross:
It’s done. It is a done deal.
Dave Payerchin:
