Q: Do you list homes or do you buy directly?
A: We get this question all the time. While we have been in the real estate industry since 2005, we are not a group of agents looking to sell your home. We are direct buyers who will pay you a great price and close on the day you choose! We will not make you wait around while we find a buyer for your Columbus house!
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Always! Q: How do you decide what to offer for my house?
A: We are very straightforward and transparent about this. We look at what other properties are selling for in the neighborhood. We factor in the location, overall condition and costs of repairs that are needed. We take the time to fully analyze each property and its unique features. We want to make offers that are honest and fair. We believe the best deals are done when both parties walk away happy!
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: NONE. When you choose a direct sale, you bypass the middle-man, avoiding excess fees, costs and commissions! Commissions alone are thousands of dollars or about 6% of your final sale price. In addition, we pay for all the closing costs, costs you would typically be paying if you listed your property. Our money is made after we make repairs, upgrade and completely clean up the home. Our main concern is helping local homeowners as well as the local economy. We believe nobody should be stuck with real estate they don’t LOVE!
Q: How is a direct sale different from listing with an agent on the MLS?
A: An agent works on your behalf to find a buyer for your home. In turn, they look to pocket about 6% of your final sale price. Listing your house can provide a higher final sale price in some situations, however, the time and money wasted can offset your profits. If you can afford to wait (sometimes months) and don’t mind not knowing exactly how much you will get and when, listing the property can be a great option!
