Dave: Hey everybody. It’s Dave Payerchin with Sell House Columbus. I’m here at an attorney’s office, and we’re purchasing another property today. This was an estate property. We purchase a lot of estate properties and do a lot of probate type of work. I’m here with Kelly, and we’re purchasing a property, and you are working with the sellers of the property?
Kelly: Yes, I was the administrator of the estate.
Dave: And you met our representative Walker out at this property. And what was going on at the property when you-
Kelly: Well, this property had been sitting vacant for several months, and so Walker and I had been in touch, but I had been on vacation and I called Walker and I got back and I said, “Would you be interested in taking a look at this?” because he wanted to meet with me, and he said, “Sure.” And it was really short notice. I said, “Well, actually, tomorrow would be a good time for me around noon.” He says, “Yeah, that’ll be perfect.” So we went to the property together and had a little surprise when we opened up the door. Opened the door and there was water pouring through the ceiling and it just apparently happened that morning. And so anyway, I was just one of those unusual circumstances that happened.

Kelly: Well, I’d say it would be a very good experience and you should do that. I feel like it’s been very professionally handled and I’m just very satisfied with the way that arrangements were made and how promptly things were done.
