Dave: Hey everyone, it’s Dave with Sell House Columbus, and we’re here at the closing table with another seller. We’re very happy to be able to purchase Patty’s house. We’re buying a house today in Grove City. And as some of you know, many of you don’t, we buy houses all over Columbus, but Patty, maybe you could share with everyone what your experience was like working with Sell House Columbus.
Patty: Hi, I’m Patty. I just wanted to thank Dave and his team for the kind, respectful and very professional way they conducted business. The closing’s been very, very nice and not a long drawn out process, and I just appreciate everything. Also, to let you know that he did give me everything that I asked for, so I’m very appreciative for that and I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.
