Dave: All right everybody. It’s Dave with Sell House Columbus. I am purchasing Mike’s house today. Congratulations on the sale of your home.
Mike: Thank you sir.
Dave: How did you originally find me and find Sell House Columbus?
Mike: Pretty sure my wife found you on the internet, and then she typed your stuff in, and then you called me.
Dave: We’re number one on Google. We’ve been around the longest. We are not one of those companies that’s randomly calling and trying to buy your house over the phone. We really came out. We contacted each other.
Mike: Yep.
Dave: We came out. What was your experience like working with our company?
Mike: Oh man. Right off the boat you could tell that you were a fantastic guy. You didn’t come in scoping out the house. You were more interested in where we were moving, why we were moving. It was like you actually cared about us as opposed to the guy that came before that didn’t say a word, and just took pictures, and then got outside, and was like, “I don’t know if I can get your asking price.”
Dave: Yeah. There’s a lot of that out there, and if you’re thinking about selling your house, we really do take pride of being members of the community. The reason Mike and his wife found us online is we’re number one on Google for reviews, and we really did close on your house. Did we fulfill our agreement, and do what we said we would do?
Mike: Yeah. Not only did you fulfill our agreement that we made, but you worked on our time. It wasn’t, “Hey. I need you to do this today.” I called you what, like twice, and changed plans, and you’re like, “All right. That’s cool. We can do it this way.” You know what I mean?
Dave: Yeah.
Mike: So it wasn’t us on your side. It was you on our side.
Dave: Yeah. We’re here for you.
