Dave: Perfect.

Melvin: So I actually gave one of y’all agents a call, Walker. By the next day, we had several appointments, did a walk through, and then probably I would say literally two weeks from that first original phone call, the deal was closing, in two weeks.
Dave: Awesome. So it only took about two weeks-

Melvin: Right.
