Dave: Good morning everyone. It’s Dave with Sell House Columbus and we’re here at another closing. Super excited for Robert and Helen. We’re purchasing a property today. And how did you guys find us originally? Was it something you got in the mail or maybe you can share that.
Robert: Yeah. I got a card in the mail. We were thinking about selling this property we have, a rental property. And so I called, and I think within probably a day or two one of the representatives came out, went through the house. We talked about a contract. It went pretty quick. And then a few days later I think you came out.
Dave: Yeah. We met at the house at the house.
Robert: We met at the house and you went through it.
Dave: And here we are.
Robert: And then there was a plan closing within a few weeks.
Dave: Few weeks.
Robert: And over the years I’ve had a lot of, in my work, purchased a lot of properties and sold a lot of properties, and this is probably one of the quickest and smoothest closings that I’ve ever had over the years.
Dave: That makes us proud. We work extremely hard to make this easy for everybody. We buy houses in and around all over Columbus. And Helen, have you guys gotten other cards in the past and have you guys … I mean, what made you call us or what would you say to somebody else who has a house for sale? Maybe they’re getting postcards and stuff like that. What would you say about kind of what we’re doing here?
Helen: We have gotten a lot of them and they would never follow through on any of them but yours.
Dave: Happy to hear that. If somebody had a house for sale, would you say that we are serious and we are good solid buyers?
Helen: Absolutely. Highly recommend you.
